We want to hear from the Ryde community. Whether you live nearby, work in the area, or simply have an interest in what’s proposed, your feedback matters and will help shape how this project develops.

Some things are set by planning rules and the site itself and will not change much, including overall building height within the approved envelope, heritage setbacks and the location of vehicle access. We’ll be straight with you about that. But there is real room to influence how the building meets the street: facade detail and materials, the landscaped ground plane, the public domain, and the retail and communal spaces.

Our short survey takes less than five minutes. Your responses inform the planning process and help us understand what matters most locally. There will also be a formal chance to make a submission when the application goes on public exhibition.
